How do I enter a competitive exhibit at the Fair?
Print an ENTRY FORM and complete the top portion with your personal information.
Find and review the GENERAL EXHIBITOR INFORMATION (Important Exhibitor Information, Order Of Exhibition And Rules And Regulations, Some Advice To Exhibitors, and Announcements).
Find and review additional information such as HOME ECONOMICS (Home Economics General Rules) where applicable.
Select a department and section/division/breed (if present) that pertains to what you want to enter and proceed. Review any rules that apply, and locate a class/description that corresponds. Transfer all information requested to the Entry Form. Repeat for each fair entry. NOTE: Enter all exhibits on the same form (OPEN, 4-H/FFA, YOUTH). Use additional form(s) as necessary.
Calculate a Total Entry Fee based on your fair entries [ENTRY FEE TABLE] and transfer to the Entry Form.
Send the Entry Form, along with any fee, to the address listed on the Entry Form. Entry Form deadline(s) listed on form.
Bring your entries to the fair on the applicable dates and times in September as indicated by the ENTRY PROCESS AT THE FAIR (below).
