This event, coordinated by Mr. Ed Dobbin and Melissa Repsch, permits local high school bands the opportunity to show the public their music and performance skills trackside.  Ed has given notice of his intent to retire as coordinator and we want to say “many thanks” for those countless years in support of this event and the fair.
